Meet Damion
This is Me
Damion grew up in Oxfordshire, England before making the move to the United States in 2009. Before pursuing his career in professional photography in 2010, Damion was the CEO of a Business Analysis firm—an experience that gave him a deep understanding of business operations, client experience, logistics, and the importance of efficient systems under pressure. Today, that same mindset shapes every conference headshot experience he delivers. Damion has personally experienced conferences from multiple perspectives—both as an attendee and as an exhibitor. He understands the fast pace of live events, the importance of attendee engagement, the realities of show-floor logistics, and the expectations organizers face when creating a successful conference experience.
